Tom Marin is a Rescue 3 International swiftwater rescue instructor, and ATCTC's lead instructor. At home in the water, Tom has been extensively trained by both Rescue 3 International and the U.S. Coast Guard. He is currently serving on active duty as a helicopter rescue swimmer at Air Station Detroit. Tom's background includes work in the fields of search and rescue, law enforcement, EMS, firefighting, and teaching land and water survival. He is passionate about water rescue and eager to pass on his knowledge.
